INGREDIENTS: WHEAT flour, concentrated BUTTER (MILK) 29%, free range EGG, water, non fat dry MILK, salt
For cold fillings. Place the tartlets for 5 minutes at 340°F in a preheated oven. This will refresh the pastry. Let cool down before fillng. For hot fillings : place the tartlet shells 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 340°F.
