Ingredients:
INGREDIENTS: WHEAT flour (EU), BUTTERfat (MILK) (EU) 26%, free range EGG, water, Sodium acid pyrophosphate and sodium bicarbonate, salt, SORBITOL syrup.
For cold fillings. Place the tartlets for 5 minutes at 340°F in a preheated oven. This will refresh the pastry. Let cool down before fillng. For hot fillings : place the tartlet shells 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 340°F.
