INGREDIENTS: WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), sugar, barn EGG, water, EGG white, glucose syrup, stabilizer : sorbitol, emulsifiers: mono-and diglycerides and propylene glycol esters of fatty acids, stabilizer: mono propylene glycol, raising agents: disodium diphosphate and sodium bicarbonate (WHEAT starch), pea flour, potato starch, MILKproteins, preservative: calcium propionate, salt, flavour. May contain traces of SOY and NUTS
For cold fillings. Place the tartlets for 5 minutes at 340°F in a preheated oven. This will refresh the pastry. Let cool down before fillng. For hot fillings : place the tartlet shells 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 340°F.
