For cold & hot applications. For cold fillings. Place the puff pastry shells for 5 minutes at 170°C in a preheated oven. This will refresh the pastry. Let cool down before fillng. For hot fillings : place the puff pastry shells 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 170°c.
