Before filling, place the empty puff pastry shell in a preheated conventional oven for 8 to 10 minutes at 170°C. - Can be frozen with filling, reheat for 20 minutes in a preheated conventional oven at 150°C. Tricks: - Cut out the hat from the puff pastry shell with the tip of a sharp patato knife.
