Tips: - Place the filled quiche in a preheated conventional oven for 12-15 minutes at 180°C followed bij 10 minutes at 150°C. - Can be frozen with filling, reheat for 20 minutes at 150°C in a preheated conventional oven. - Our neutral quiche cases can be used for sweet recipes too such as apple pie and frangipane. Tricks: - Before filling, coat the inside of the quiche with a tapenade that goes well with you recipe to reach a more intense flavour.
