Trendy Shell with Tataki of Scallops
This recipe for Tataki of scallops with wakame and sesame is to die for. Normally you’d see this on the menu of a Japanese restaurant but soon it’ll be on your very own dinner table!
2 Pidy Trendy Shells Neutral 7cm
300 g of scallops
125 g wakame
Sesame seeds (white and black)
- Marinate the scallops in soy sauce and ginger powder for one hour.
- Roll the scallops in a mixture of black and white sesame seeds.
- Fry the scallops in a pan with some sesame oil.
- Let it cool and cut into pieces.
- Finish with some wakame.
