Mini Trendy with Lemon Cream

  • 10 Pidy mini trendy
  • 150 ml lemon juice
  • 100 g sugar
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 20 ml cream
  • Mint leaves


Servings: 10

  1. Bring the lemon juice and sugar to the boil.
  2. Mix the mascarpone with the whipped cream.
  3. Pour the lemon juice into the mixture and leave to cool.
  4. Fill the tartlets using a piping bag.
