Mini Trendy Shell with Chocolate Ganache and Mint

Under the motto “chocolate is always a good idea”, today we’re sharing the recipe for these Mini Trendy Shells filled with dark chocolate ganache and mint. Mmm… Did the process of mouth-watering start already?


8 Pidy Mini Trendy Shells 5cm

200g dark chocolate

125g cream

15g mint leaves

2g butter


Servings: 8

  1. Boil the cream together with the mint leaves and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Pour over the chocolate and at the last moment mix in the butter well.
  3. Divide the mixture over the Pidy Mini Trendy Shells.
  4. Decorate with a mint leaf.
