Mini Trendy Shell with Chocolate Ganache and Mint

Under the motto “chocolate is always a good idea”, today we’re sharing the recipe for these Mini Trendy Shells filled with dark chocolate ganache and mint. Mmm… Did the process of mouth-watering start already?


8 Pidy Mini Trendy Shells 5cm

200g dark chocolate

125ml cream

5g mint leaves

15g butter


Servings: 8

  1. Warm the cream with the mint leaves and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Pour the cream over the chocolate and add the butter.
  3. Divide the mixture over the Pidy Mini Trendy Shells.
  4. Decorate with a mint leaf.
