Mini Tellines with Salmon Mousse


  • 10 Pidy Mini Tellines
  • 200g smoked salmon
  • 75g mascarpone
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 jar of salmon eggs
  • A few sprigs of dill
  • Pepper and salt


Servings: 10

  1. Mix the salmon with the mascarpone, lemon juice, pepper, salt and a sprig of dill.
  2. Using a piping bag, put the salmon mousse into the Mini Tellines Neutral.
  3. Top with salmon eggs and a sprig of dill.
