Mini Babas with Yogurt Cream and Raspberry Coulis
- 6 Pidy mini Babas
- 200cl raspberry coulis
- 200g Greek yogurt
- 170g cream cheese
- 20g icing sugar
- Mix the Greek yogurt with the cream cheese and the icing sugar.
- Pour the raspberry coulis on the yogurt and place the Babas on top.
- Finish with some fresh fruit.
- Place it in the fridge for 3 hours.
