Mini Babas with Yogurt Cream and Raspberry Coulis


Ingredients

  • 6 Pidy mini Babas
  • 200cl raspberry coulis
  • 200g Greek yogurt
  • 170g cream cheese
  • 20g icing sugar

Method

Servings: 6

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt with the cream cheese and the icing sugar.
  2. Pour the raspberry coulis on the yogurt and place the Babas on top.
  3. Finish with some fresh fruit.
  4. Place it in the fridge for 3 hours.
