Iris with Pesto, Parma Ham and Feta Cheese


  • 10 Pidy Iris cups
  • 150g basil leaves
  • 75g pine nuts
  • 75g grated parmesan cheese
  • 100g olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 150g Parma ham
  • 100g feta cheese


Servings: 10

  1. Mash the pine nuts, garlic, basil and Parmesan cheese until you have an even mixture.
  2. After this, put the mixture in a bowl and add the oil bit by bit while stirring.
  3. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
  4. Cut the Parma ham into thin slices and roll finely.
  5. Put the pesto in the Iris cups.
  6. Top with the small cubes of feta cheese, Parma ham and basil leaves.
