4 Pidy Wholemeal Quiches 11cm
2 chicken breasts
250g wild mushrooms
1 cup 1/2 cream
Salt and pepper
1.Bake the chicken, broccoli and wild mushrooms for 5 minutes and divide it over the quiches.
2.Mix the eggs with the cream and cheese and fill the quiches. Season with some salt & pepper.
3.Place the quiches in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 170°C, then 10 to 15 minutes at 150°C.
4.Let the quiches cool down for 5 minutes before serving.
