Spicy Cup Mexican Chili with Guacamole


Last Friday night we tried the crunchy Mexican Chili Spicy Cup with guacamole! Oh boy! We can assure that this a perfect starter for your cocktail or dinner party!

Ingredients

24 Spicy Cups Mexican Chili

3 avocados

1/2 onion, finely diced

2 tomatoes, diced

3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro

1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 lime, juiced

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Vene Cress

 

Method

Servings: 24

  1. Mash the avocado.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
  3. Fill the Spicy Cups with the guacamole.
  4. Decorate with a leaf of Vene Cress
