Pidy Gourmande with parmesan and pesto

  • 20 pcs Pidy Gourmandes
  • 150g cream
  • 1 egg
  • 50g ground parmesan
  • 2 tablespoon pesto
  • 100 gr pine nuts

Beat together the cream, parmesan and pesto.
Add the beaten egg.

Divide mixture between the Gourmandes.

Bake for 3 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven.
Sprinkle with pine nuts and finish baking for about 5 minutes.
