Ice dessert with vanilla and raspberry

Ingredients: 

Material

  • Cylinder frame of 10 cm diameter and 4 cm width
  • Rectangular frame of 3 mm height

Ingredients

  • 1/2 sheet of Pidy sponge sheet raspberry
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 150 g raspberry puree
  • 2 gelatin sheets
  • remove the Pidy sponge sheet raspberry from the freezer and let it defrost for 15 minutes
  • cut the Pidy sponge sheet raspberry so that it fits in the cylinder shape
  • place the vanilla ice cream in the cylinder frame so that it is filled halfway
  • place this 30 minutes in the freezer
  • mix the raspberry puree and the soaked gelatine and pour into the rectangular shape
  • place the rectangular shape in the refrigerator for 20 min to create a jelly
  • remove the cylinder frame
  • pour the jelly onto the vanilla ice cream
  • garnish at your choice
