Spoonette with guacamole, mascarpone and shrimps
Ingredients
  • Spoonettes
  • 60 gr guacamole
  • 100 gr mascarpone
  • shrimps
  • chives
Preparation
  1. Mix 60 gr guacamole with 100 gr mascarpone.
  2. Divide the mixture over the Spoonettes and decorate with some peeled shrimps and some chives.
