Ingredients
1 x 18 cm Pidy Gourmet Quiche
12 long red and green peppers
20 small cubes plain feta cheese
20 small cubes ham
dried tomato pieces
chopped chives
Preparation
Mix 1 egg with 100 g whipped cream (40 % fat content)
2 teaspoons of pink pepper preserve
Bake in the oven for approximately 35 minutes at 195 °C
