Ingredients
20 Pidy Gourmet Mini-Roulés
200 gr North Sea shrimps
150 gr sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
1 chive
basil
Preparation
Chop the sun-dried tomatoes with a large knife
Mix them with 180 gr shrimps and some basil
Bake the Pidy Gourmet Mini-Roulés in a pre-heated oven (170 °C) for +/- 4 minutes
Fill up the Pidy Gourmet Mini-Roulés and place them directly on the plate
Decorate with chive sprouts, shrimps and deep-fried basil leaves
