"Mini-Roulé" with North Sea shrimps and sun-dried tomatoes
Ingredients
  • 20 Pidy Gourmet Mini-Roulés
  • 200 gr North Sea shrimps
  • 150 gr sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
  • 1 chive
  • basil
Preparation
  • Chop the sun-dried tomatoes with a large knife
  • Mix them with 180 gr shrimps and some basil
  • Bake the Pidy Gourmet Mini-Roulés in a pre-heated oven (170 °C) for +/- 4 minutes
  • Fill up the Pidy Gourmet Mini-Roulés and place them directly on the plate
  • Decorate with chive sprouts, shrimps and deep-fried basil leaves
