"Mini-Carré" with scrambled eggs, asparagus shoots and traditional ham
Ingredients
  • 20 Pidy Gourmet Mini-Carrés
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 gr cream
  • 100 gr finely chopped traditional ham
  • pepper and salt
  • 50 gr asparagus shoots
Preparation
  • Place the Pidy Gourmet Mini-Carrés in a pre-heated oven (170 °C) for 5 minutes
  • Make scrambled eggs with the eggs, cream, pepper and salt
  • Make mini ham rolls from the ham and asparagus shoots
