"Zakouski" with a creamy herb cheese flling and Brazil nuts
Ingredients
  • 25 Pidy Gourmet Zakouski, refreshed at 170 °C for approximately 5 minutes
  • 250 gr Boursin with fine herbs
  • 1 teaspoon cognac
  • 30 gr cream
  • a few chopped Brazil nuts
Preparation
  • Allow the Boursin to reach room temperature
  • Mix with the cognac and the cream
  • Put the mixture in a piping bag and fll the cooled Pidy Gourmet Zakouski
  • Press the flled side of the Pidy Gourmet Zakouski into the nut mixture
  • Garnish with pieces of chive and slices of apple
