"Zakouski" with a creamy herb cheese flling and Brazil nuts
Ingredients
25 Pidy Gourmet Zakouski, refreshed at 170 °C for approximately 5 minutes
250 gr Boursin with fine herbs
1 teaspoon cognac
30 gr cream
a few chopped Brazil nuts
Preparation
Allow the Boursin to reach room temperature
Mix with the cognac and the cream
Put the mixture in a piping bag and fll the cooled Pidy Gourmet Zakouski
Press the flled side of the Pidy Gourmet Zakouski into the nut mixture
Garnish with pieces of chive and slices of apple
