Mini-Tulipe & Mini-Tulipe choco

Ingredients: 
  • 10 pieces of Pidy Mini-Tulipe +
  • 10 pieces of Pidy Mini-Tulipe choco

For the pastry cream

  • 250g milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 75g sugar
  • 20g cornflour
  • 1/4 vanilla pod
  • assortment small fruit

Pastry cream

  • Whip the egg yolks, half of the sugar and the cornflour until thickened.
  • Boil the milk with the rest of the sugar and the vanilla pod and pour onto the egg mixture.
  • Let it thicken on the heat while stirring constantly, cover with greaseproof paper and when completely cold, whip until fluffy.
  • Divide the pastry cream between the Mini-Tulipes.
  • Top with small fruit.
