Mini-Chocolate Cups with strawberries

Ingredients: 

Mini-Chocolate Coffee Cups with coulis

  • 20 pieces Pidy
  • Mini-Chocolate Coffee Cups
  • 250g strawberry or raspberry coulis
  • some crushed pistachio nuts

Mini-Chocolate Cups with strawberry mouse

  • 20 pieces Pidy Mini-Chocolate Cup
  • 150g strawberry coulis
  • 150g whipped cream
  • 2 gelatin sheets soaked and drained

Mini-Chocolate Coffee Cups with coulis

  • Divide the coulis betweenthe Cups.
  • Decorate with some crushed pistachio nuts.

Mini-Chocolate Cups with strawberry mouse

  • K-Whip the cream.
  • Add the gelatin to warmed the strawberry coulis (+/- 50°C).
  • Mix the cream with the coulis.
  • Divide between the Mini-Chocolate Coffee Cups with a piping bag with fluted nozzle.
